Additionally, participants will learn how to classify and document audit findings, conduct root cause analysis, and develop effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), followed by strategies to evaluate and verify CAPA effectiveness. Beyond compliance, this module emphasizes operational improvement through the implementation of 5S workplace systems, visual management tools, and the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality and logistics performance. Finally, participants will develop strong reporting and archiving skills, including how to prepare structured audit reports, write concise executive summaries, and manage digital documentation systems that support traceability, data security, and long-term record maintenance.
